A blend of activated B vitamins alongside CoQ10, Ashwagandha and Chromium.

Free from: milk, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soybeans, wheat, yeast, gluten or corn.

Each Capsule Contains:

• Calcium Panthothenate - 250 mg
• Chromium (picolinate) - 200 mcg
• Ashwaganda -125 mg
• CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) - 100 mg
• Niacinamide - 100 mg
• Thiamine - 50 mg
• Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate - 25 mg
• Riboflavin - 25 mg
• Biotin - 80 mcg
• Methylcobalamin - 100 mcg

Directions for Use

Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
